I prepared all of the ingredients for a no-flour-chocolate-cake in small bowls, just like they have on TV. Only there, I’m pretty sure that they have someone who prepares it for them, and I had to do it myself…
Melting chocolate (yes, I know you can see my reflection in the bowl). It reminds me of melting clocks (yes, I know it’s called The Persistence of Memory).
My first time actually using our new kitchen aid (which was after all a present for my husband, but that doesn’t mean I can’t use it sometimes).
I took it out a bit early and it collapsed. But it still tastes good (I mean, what can go wrong with butter, chocolate, eggs and sugar)?
