365 Project: Day 14

pretty in pink

I started this project taking a picture of something pretty on the way to the park, and I am constantly surprised by the wealth of pretty things in that 5 minute walk (in an absolutely urban area).
Every time we walk by this patch of roses I have to explain to Noam why they have thorns, why they grow these "little tomatoes that we don't eat" etc.
A few days ago we noticed some purple leaves and he asked why they weren't green. I explained that meant that there would be a new rose there soon, and sure enough - here it is!
